1. General Information
Luxe Online operates as a personal shopping service. We purchase products on behalf of our customers and resell them. We are not official retailers of brands such as Sephora, Douglas, or any other brand. Luxe Online is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any brand we source products from.

2. Product Sourcing
All products are carefully selected and purchased from trusted stores in Germany, including but not limited to Sephora and Douglas. We ensure that all items are original and authentic.

3. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from Germany to Albania and typically take 10–12 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed before processing. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been delivered and received by the customer. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

6. Responsibility
Luxe Online is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
