All orders are processed after confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we begin purchasing the product from our partner stores in Germany.

Orders are shipped from Germany to Albania and typically arrive within 10–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to shipping conditions or other external factors.

3. Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within Albania.

4. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Luxe Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
